Satya Pal Jain : We will work unitedly for the welfare of the University

Chandigarh , Shri Satya Pal Jain who won the election to the Panjab University Syndicate from combined faculty ,alongwith his other 14 colleagues said that the newly elected team will work for the welfare of the Panjab University.

Shri Satya Pal Jain said that perhaps for the first time in the history of the Panjab University, all the 15 seats in the Syndicate have been won by one group (led by Shri Jain and his associates ) unopposed It is also perhaps for the first time that out of 15, 6 are women which is the highest number of women elected in all the elections held till date .

Sh. Jain said that the team which heve been elected today is a balanced team which represents all sections of academicians associated with the Panjab University including Panjab University teachers, Affiliated Colleges Teachers etc. etc. It will work unitedly for the betterment of the university , he said.
