Blackheads are small, blackish bumps that appear on the face, nose, chin, cheeks, and occasionally around the lips. The reason for this is because of the dead cells and sebum.

A popular misconception about blackheads is that they are caused by acne, however this is not the case. They are caused by the accumulation of excess fat in the skin. Blackheads are more common in the summer.

Cleanse your face thoroughly in the morning and evening to avoid skin infections, blackheads, and whiteheads. It eliminates perspiration, makeup, and debris from the face, allowing blackheads to grow more easily. Keep your pores clean and closed as much as possible. Always wash your face with cold water to achieve this.

To get rid of blackheads, try the following home remedies:

· Sugar scrub, coconut oil, jojoba oil: Combine the coconut oil and sugar to make a scrubber. You may replace the coconut oil with jojoba oil and sugar, then apply it on your face as desired. Both are effective.

· Scrub with oatmeal: Combine plain yoghurt, half a lemon, and 1 tablespoon oats to make a scrub. Allow the scrub to sit on your face for 15 minutes before washing it off with warm water. It not only eliminates blackheads, but it also gives your skin a healthy shine.

· Make a paste with baking soda and water: Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with half a tablespoon of lemon juice, then add lukewarm water. The paste acts as a natural exfoliant while also protecting the skin from infection. You may get rid of blackheads by using this paste.

· Lemon juice with cinnamon: Combine a tablespoon of cinnamon powder, a sprinkle of turmeric, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Apply the paste to your face and leave it on for 10 minutes before washing it off with plain water. Cinnamon helps to enhance blood circulation while also tightening pores on the skin.

Every female should have the following skincare routine:
