· Exercise- Do 30 minutes of exercise on a regular basis. Fresh air is desperately needed for both the body and the mind.

· Start accepting responsibility and fulfill your responsibilities. Similarly, you will resume your normal routine.

· Adapt your lifestyle- Make some changes to your way of life. To make it more interesting, add some spices.
