Sony Entertainment Television’s homegrown format, India’s Best Dancer vs Super Dancer: Champions Ka Tashan, hosted by Haarsh Limbachiyaa, delivers thrilling dance showdowns every week. With Malaika Arora leading Team IBD and Geeta Kapur backing Team SD, the legendary Remo D’Souza heads the judges’ panel as 12 exceptional dancers, guided by top choreographers, battle it out. The episode will also feature acclaimed Bollywood comedy icons Shakti Kapoor and Chunky Panday cheering for Super Dancer and India’s Best Dancer respectively, as the competition heats up and the battle for the final spot intensifies.

Every week, Lord Remo presents thrilling challenges for the contestants. And this week, the challenges will be uniquely presented – straight from Remo’s Skull! One such challenge is the exciting ’90’s Only’ challenge in which the contestants have to show Remo, their own unique style & magic on the 90’s superhit songs. Malaika Arora sent Saumya & Aniket from Team India’s Best Dancer while Geeta Kapur sent Tushar & Pari to face-off in this round.

Tushar and Pari from Super Dancer will be seen performing on the song ‘Jaanam Samjha Karo’ from the movie ‘Jaanam Samjha Karo starring Salman Khan and Urmila Matonndkar’ and will captivate everyone’s hearts with their flawless chemistry, elegant moves, and impeccable synchronization. Impressed by the act Shakti Kapoor praised saying, “This little girl reminds me of Shraddha. When Shraddha was of the same age, she used to go to dance competitions and then there came a time when people stopped letting her participate, because she would always win. So they used to keep a separate chair for her next to the judge, telling her that we’ll give her an award but let the other children have a chance to win too. Dancing like this, she reached Bombay and the great director in front of you (Remo D’Souza) did 2 dance films with her. It’s such a big thing that he took her on in 2 films as a dancing heroine. And why? Because she has talent, and you have a lot of talent too, Pari. So keep up the good work, and maybe someday Remo will do a film with you too.”

Furthermore, taking a nostalgic trip down memory lane, Shakti Kapoor shared a heartwarming and humorous anecdote about his friendship with Chunky Panday and recounted an incident, saying, “In Bangalore, his (Chunky) mother had come along with him. His mother went shopping and in a heartfelt gesture, she bought 2 shirts for him and 2 shirts for me. He started crying, asking why she gave me 2 shirts. He cried so much, that in the evening, I had to return both the shirts to him.”

“Haan, mere Mummy ne paise diye the uske,” said Chunky while a shocked Malaika asked, “And you took it back? Very cheap, Chunky …abhi waqt hai… de de shirts waapas.”

As the competition heats up, the question remains: Among both teams, who will rise to the occasion and secure another win?
