Tips and tricks to prevent hair loss

Shiny hair enhances your personality, so a basic yet healthy hair care procedure is required.
Hair fall, on the other hand, is a troubling issue in the world of hair. It is a frequent problem that can be caused by a variety of factors and affects both men and women.
There are a number of factors to consider in order to avoid excessive hair loss.
· Moderate Shampoo – Wash your hair no more than twice a week with a mild shampoo. More you utilize chemicals in your hair, the more it shines.
· Don’t comb wet hair – One of the most common mistakes we make is to comb our hair right after a bath, which is completely incorrect. Make sure your hair is completely dry before combing it in.
· Hair Massage-At least once a week, give your hair a massage. Apply the oil that best suits you and leave it on all night. Wash your hair the next morning.
· Drink more water – Drink at least 10 glasses of water per day to keep your skin and hair looking healthy and lustrous. You can also consume fresh juices to improve your fitness and wellness.
· Quit Drinking and Smoking- Just like chemical shampoo, more damaging goods such as alcohol and cigarettes should be avoided at all costs in order to maintain healthy hair.
· Maintain a Healthy Stress Level- Your stress level has an impact on your hair loss or fall. During difficult circumstances, try to control your tension and rage levels by practising Yoga or meditation, which will have an automatic effect on hair cures.
· Coconut Milk – Rich in nutrients and vitamins, coconut milk is a great choice.
Leave one cup of coconut milk on your hair and scalp for 20-30 minutes.
Then, using a nice shampoo and cold water, wash your hair.
· Aloe Vera (Aloe Vera) – Extract the pulp from a fresh Aloe Vera leaf. Allow the Aloe Vera to soak into your hair and scalp for around 45 minutes.
Then, with regular water, wash it thoroughly.
You can do this 2-3 times a week with no negative consequences.
