Dr Gupta conducted Mechanical Thrombectomyon the patient to remove a clot from his brain orneck – sometimes arteries are blocked in the neck, sometimes in the brain, and at times, both the brain and neck have to beopened as per the medical condition.The Patient had a smooth, post-operative recovery and was discharged five days after the procedure.He has recovered fully and is leading a normal life today.
